This package gives you and your team remote support from me whenever they need it and a private Basecamp account where they’ll have access to a whole lot of resources and links to interesting articles to help them keep up-to-date with what’s going on in the ever-changing world of social media.
There is no training involved in this package, only help when you need it! If you need my help at any time while you are on this package, you can call me on my mobile if it is urgent and I’ll get back to you then and there if I am available; if not it I would be back in touch within a maximum of 24hrs of your message. You can also ask questions via email or Basecamp, for other non-urgent questions and support.
The investment for the Remote Support package is £100+VAT for up to 5 users (which is payable on a monthly basis by direct debit) and there is no tie-in with this package, so you can cancel any time you like. Please contact me for a quote if you have more than 5 users.
